How do I contact Maadze if I have questions or concerns about the checkout process or an order I’ve placed?

What methods of payment does Maadze accept online?
We accept most major credit cards to include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We also offer payment through PayPal.

What are the benefits of registering?
Save your online shopping cart and retrieve it from any device.
Save your address and payment information for faster checkout.
Track your order online.
Receive notice of sale events and exclusive offers. The process takes only a moment, just enter some information and you’re done!

How do I change my personal information?
Log in to your account to change your street address, email address, or phone number.  Please note: changes to "My Account" will not update information in your order.  Please contact us via phone or chat or write us at info@maadze.com.

Do you share my information with anyone?
We understand, respect and guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of our customers.  We securely maintain account and prior purchase information for transaction processing only as it is required to fulfill your order.  We do NOTrent, loan, sell, or distribute your information to anyone.  For more info, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

How Will I know and confirm that order is placed?
Once you place your order online, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email with all of your order details such as an exact description of what you ordered. We encourage you to thoroughly review your order confirmation, paying close attention to your shipping address, phone number, and delivery method.

How do I cancel my order?
Please contact Either via Phone or chat and one of our Sales Specialists can assist you, just remember to include your order number. We may process order cancellations if we received the order cancellation request within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours or after shipping confirmation, a 10% cancellation fee plus shipping charges will apply to all order cancellation requests.

Can I combine multiple Coupon code or use same Coupon again while checkout?
Few Coupons can be used multiple time and few can be used only Once. Unfortunately you can only apply one Coupon per order and can not combine multiple in One order.

Will I Pay Sale Tax?
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to Minnesota and Wisconsin. The rates vary by zip code.

How do I check my order status and/or delivery status?
If you have an Account with us, then you can refer My Account section after login or you can Call us at 1-800-218-5735.

What happens if there are issues with my order?
Please contact us and one of our representatives will by happy to assist you. 


Can I add or delete items after I’ve submitted my order?
To add or remove items from an order that has already been submitted, please call or contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

What does the Shipping Services include?
Our Shipping Services Include:
Shipment of furniture to your home.
Merchandise is delivered through a variety of national or regional carriers, such as but not limited to: FedEx, UPS or USPS.
Merchandise is shipped ground and can take up to 5 days to be delivered depending on your location.
After an order has shipped, tracking information is emailed to your registered email address.

What is the Cost of Shipping? 
All products over $75 qualify for Free Shipping based on the product's subtotal before tax, handling fees, and delivery.  Items under $75 will be shipped at a different rate, which can be referred to here in our Shipping & Delivery PolicyStandard Shipping is allowed for products with free shipping anywhere in the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. only.

Where do you Ship?
We ship to all 48 contiguous United States only.  Currently, shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, or the US Territories like Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.  We do not ship products to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes nor to rural or remote areas which are not serviced by UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers

Any other Additional Surcharge?
Your order might see Additional Surcharges on certain products.  Some items have additional processing and delivery charges due to their oversize or weight in addition to the standard shipping fees or with free shipping.

Will I be charged for the full total at time I Place order or when it ships?
You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until they have shipped.  You might see the pending amount in your credit card account as we authorized the payment on receiving the order, but we will not capture the payment until we ship out your purchased product from the warehouse.

How do I know when my order has shipped
You will recieve an email from us as soon as your order ships from our warehouse.  It will also have a tracking number so you can follow it right to your home.

How long does delivery take once I place an Order?
All products on our website are in stock and we will process your order within 48-72 hrs.  It will take 5 business days to reach you after it has been shipped from our warehouse.

Does Delivery include Set-up or Assembly?
Most of our products come pre-assembled.  However, a few might require some simple, minor assembly which can by done yourself.  We are happy to assist you via phone or email if you require it, but unfortunately we do not provide set-up or assembly service.

I Can't take delivery for a long time, should I still Order now to Hold the Product?
This request is more common than you might think.  Even if you can't accept delivery anytime soon, you can still place your order now and just let us know when you want us to ship it.  We will make a note on your order to hold shipping until your specified date.  Since many items are unique, hand-crafted pieces, we carry only one of them and understand that you won't want to miss out on the opportunity of purchasing it before someone else does.

What if my product is Damaged or defective on delivery?
If, during your shipping, your merchandise has been damaged and the box has damage marks, then you must notify the driver before signing the receipt/acceptance of delivery.  Or, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with as many pictures of the damaged item as possible. Please keep all original box/cartons and packaging until you have inspected everything. We cannot accept returned merchandise unless it's packaged in its original cartons.

In such rare case of damages, either we will work with you to fix or restore it locally or we will send a replacement of that product when it's available or, if it is a one-of-a-kind product, then you will get a Maadze credit to purchase any other product of same value while you return the damaged product.
