Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Our goal is to have a satisfied customer, thus to achieve that we deliver your purchased product in the quickest and most economical way possible via UPS, FedEx or through Freight Delivery. We utilize certified and insured carriers, as well as offer Free Curbside Shipping. We ship to all 48 contiguous United States Only. Currently, Shipping is not available at Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories like Puerto Rico, Guam etc. We do not ship Products to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes and to rural or remote areas which are not serviced by UPS, FedEx or freight carriers.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All our standard products & In-Stock inventory orders will be process and ship within 2-3 business days from your purchase time. And will be delivered within 1 week after shipping confirmation. 

Free Shipping 

Most of our products qualifies for "Free Shipping" based on the product’s subtotal before tax, handling fees, and delivery. Standard shipping are allowed for products with Free Shipping anywhere in the 48 contiguous States of U.S only.

Additional Surcharge on Heavy and bulky products:

Your order might see these charges based on the products because some items have an additional processing and delivery charge due to their oversize or weight in addition to the standard shipping fees or with free shipping.

Freight or Standard Curbside Delivery: 

  • If your product is shipped via freight company, lift gate service will be provided to unload the product from the truck to the ground. You will be responsible for bringing your purchased product from the curbside into your home. If your product is being delivered via freight, you will need help taking the product from the lift gate into your residence. The delivery truck will come as close to your residence as possible (curb or driveway). You will need help getting the product inside your residence. Delivery does not include any moving or placing the product down or Upstairs, product assembly, or box removal. 
  • IMPORTANT: You must unpack your product while driver is present and report any damage to the driver. You must note the damage on the receipt and with the driver at time of delivery. Take many pictures of any damage! If these steps are not followed, we cannot guarantee a positive resolution to a claim. Please keep all packaging and leave item as packaged as possible. Keep all original cartons and packaging until you have inspected everything. We cannot accept returned merchandise unless it's packaged in its original cartons.

Maadze is compel by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling charges associated with orders shipping to Minnesota & Wisconsin addresses. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until they have shipped, you might see the pending amount in your credit card account as we authorized the payment on receiving the order, but we will not capture the payment until we ship out your purchased product from the warehouse.

You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bankcard immediately upon order confirmation.


Damages in Transit 

All our Products are insured with the freight carrier against any damage in transit. But such damage should be notified to driver before signing the receipt/acceptance of delivery. We will not have much options in case when the Visible Box/Product damages are not identified at the time of delivery.

Damages are rare while transit through our experience and superior freight delivery but it can happen. So, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with as many as possible pictures of the damaged item. And keep all original box/cartons and packaging until you have inspected everything. We cannot accept returned merchandise unless it's packaged in its original cartons. In such rare case of damages, either we will work with you to fix or restored it locally or we send a replacement of that product when its available or if it is a one of a kind product then you will get a Maadze credit to purchase any other product of same value while you return the damaged product. 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
