This solid mango wood armoire is a storage-efficient wardrobe for clothing, accessories, blankets, and bedding. Its two doors open to reveal four deep shelves with plenty of room for your belongings or decorative objects, and a drawer below carries the same extremely detailed, clear hand carving as the doors. The front is delicately carved with a large pattern, and the artisans have preserved the lovely organic, earthy appearance throughout.
The carving is cut directly into solid wood — never MDF — which is what gives it depth, crispness, and a grain you can feel along the edges. Hand-finished in a multi-step process that highlights the wood's many colors, it's an heirloom piece that will stay in your home for generations, and looks especially elegant alongside a large bed.
